Planet, moon and Sun sizes, orbital distances, eccentricities and inclinations are true to scale (1 unit = 1000 km). Orbits use JPL approximate Keplerian elements, referenced to J2000 and evaluated at the simulation date, so the present day configuration matches the real sky.
The major moons are real: Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto at Jupiter, Titan at Saturn, Triton orbiting Neptune backwards (it is a captured Kuiper belt object), and Charon at Pluto, each with its true radius, orbital distance and period, tidally locked.
Event chronology follows the standard model: first solids 4.567 billion years ago, gas disk gone within about 8 million years, the Moon forming impact about 4.51 billion years ago, heavy bombardment tailing off by 3.8 billion years ago.
The Moon really did form close to Earth and has been receding ever since; the simulation reproduces this. Saturn's rings receive the planet's real shadow, and Uranus carries its faint narrow rings.
The comet flies the actual orbit of 1P/Halley: 75 years, retrograde, eccentricity 0.967. Its coma and tail are drawn at their genuinely enormous real sizes.
Venus shows its cloud deck, which super-rotates in about 4 days; the surface below takes 243 days.

Asteroids, planetesimals and the pre-solar cloud are enlarged and brightened, otherwise they would be invisible at true scale.
At high time speeds, orbital motion is smoothed rather than strobed; positions stay on the true orbits.
Planet formation locations are simplified: worlds grow near their present orbits, skipping early migration. A Halley type comet would not really survive 4.5 billion years on one orbit.
Phobos and Deimos are omitted: at true scale Mars' moons are specks a few kilometers wide.
